Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ： a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２２ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and one hundred
and twenty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the seventeenth successive
day including the most recent four days of 24-time push-ups.

After a very cold rain yesterday, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya today,
and I could see Mt. Ontake clearly far in the distance in the northwest.
I think it might be because of yesterday's cold rain, I feel today is cold.
But honestly, I am sure Nagoya was better than Tokyo yesterday, because
Tokyo saw the highest temperature of as low as 4 degrees, especially
I've heard Hachioji saw snowfall.
Well, more honestly, I would like to have an opportunity to see
cherry blossoms covered with snow at least once in my life.
