Daily Routine

Push-ups：１５ times
Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Five years and ninety-five days in a row have passed since I shook off my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 12-time push-ups for the sixth consecutive day
including the most recent three days of 15 times of them.

I tried drinking a 350ml can of low-malt beer or Happoushu in Japanese last night,
and to be honest, it's not so good .... I like beer much better.
I must not ask too much, I know.
Anyway, winter-like cold will end in two days, so I'm wondering if I should
enjoy today's cold....
Well, still, I want spring-like warmth as soon as possible.＾＾；；；
