Daily Routine

Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I kept no-smoking for two years and 112 days in a row.
I've noticed that there is some skin fit on my elbow resulting from putting
poultices for a long time.
But I cannot stop applying poultices because the pain in my right elbow is
still here now.
Yesterday I try going and seeing cherry blossoms at Jaike Park for the first
time, and actually they are beautiful even before full bloom.
Later in the day I went to the Yamazaki River to enjoy night view of the cherry
blossoms which are fantastically shining in the light from below.
If I remember right, we can see them until next Sunday evening.
