I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and two hundred
and seventy-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the seventh successive day and
at least 19-time push-ups for the twenty-third straight day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again.
The typhoon #15 hit the Kanto region this morning and there have been
a lot of damage by storms including power outages.
I really hope there will be no fatalities from this typhoon.
Anyway, I have no choice but to pray for safety.
If the typhoon had hit Nagoya, my 50-year-old house would have been blown off.
