Walking ：２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Six years and two hundred and thirty days in a row have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth successive day and
over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and seventy-seventh straight day.

After a heavy rain last night or early this morning, it's coudy and sometimes
sunny in Nagoya with high humidity, but actually, the temperatures are not high.
The predicted highest temperature will be below 30 degrees or just 30, which will
make me feel relieved a little for the first time in a long time.
Anyway, the shrilling of cicadas on my way to the workplace has risen to a peak.
