Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　： ０ minutes


It has been twelve years and one hundred and eleven days
in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the nineteenth
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and ninety-fifth straight day.

It is greatly beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
completely no clouds in the blue skies.
I went to the Yamazaki-gawa riverside yesterday to enjoy
cherry blossom viewing in the morning and in the evening.
They are so beautiful, but actually, I should have visited
it three days earlier, which means that I was a little
too late for their full bloom.
Anyway, I was very happy to enjoy them for the first time
in four years and I can now look forward to the next year's.
