Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２５ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and two hundred and twenty-six days in a row.
I was also able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and seventy-third
consecutive day including the most recent twenty days of 25 times of them.

It was sunny in the morning in Nagoya but actually it's raining and very dark.
It looks like it's going to start raining so heavily.
Again, I have to say the callous people should disappear as soon as possible.
They are apparently aiming to occupy the common space which should originally
be used by four tenants.
I suspect that possibly the other tenants except me have already given up.
I would like to say, "Let's fight against such callous people."
