I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and two hundred
and forty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the twelfth consecutive day and
more than 12-time push-ups for the fifty-sixth successive day.
I did a total of 70-minute walking for the first time in a very long time.
I really hope to continue doing walking as long as possible and recover
my feet's muscle for a long-distance walking planned in October.
Today again, the highest temerature in Nagoya is predicted to be over 38
degrees, and I've really been fed up with this abnormally severe heat.
Anyway, I'm afraid that I might feel this year's fall is too short.
