Eleven years and one hundred and thirty-four days in a
row have passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just
one time to 26 times yesterday and kept at least 10-
time push-ups for the two years and one hundred and
eighteenth successive day.
After a little heavy rain, it is now beautifully sunny
in Nagoya and I feel that it is comfortable with the
current temperature of 22.2 degrees.
I feel that it is not too cool or not too hot or not
too humid.
I really wish such a nice day would continue for a long
time.
Anyway, I have to earnestly start preparing for this year's
long-distance walking.
I would like to believe that the best season for walking
has begun today.
