Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ seconds

Seven years and seventy-four days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the on year and twenty-first
successive day including the most recent fifteen days of 23 times of them.

Yesterday, the wintry cold was much milder than the previous day and today
I feel still it's milder maybe because the highest temperature is predicted
to be over 10 degrees.
Spring is steadily and surely drawing nearer and nearer.
Now it's quite cloudy and if there were no clouds in the sky, I could feel much better.
Anyway, finally, hope has come in sight that I can survive this winter.
