Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and two
hundred and forty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 13-time push-ups for the sixty-second consecutive
day including the latest four days of 23-time push-ups.

After a little rain, it's cloudy in Nagoya now and sometimes sunny.
Thanks to the fact that the clouds are blocking sunlight,
I feel it's not so hot and I feel just a littel relieved without
scorching deadly heat with temperatures of over body heat.
I feel the winds from the electric fan are comfortable since they are not hot blast.
Anyway, I'm still in trouble due maily to the canker pains.
