Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ：２２ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１５ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and one hundred and thirty-eight days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by four
times from the previous record to 24 times and kept
over 9-time push-ups for the two years and one hundred
and twenty-second successive day.

After yesterday's sunny day, today it is now overcast
and it looks like it is going to start raining soon.
The minor cut on the back of my right little toe is
steadily getting fully-healed although I think that
the cut might leave a scar.
Anyway, I feel happy that I was able to resume physical
exercise and I hope that I can restart walking.
