Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２８ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and three hundred and forty-seven days in a row.
I was also able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-fourth
straight day including the most recent seventy-one days of 28-time push-ups.

In sharp constrast to yesterday, it is beautifully sunny today in Nagoya and I could
enjoy seeing Mt. Ontake the top of which is covered with snow in the far distance.
I can see that only during the wintertime.
Whenever I see it, I feel winter has come.
But if I look at it in a positive light, this means spring is drawing nearer.
So I may have to start looking forward to spring.
Actually, today's lowest temperature in Nagoya is 3 degrees, which might have made
cherry trees start preparing for next year's blooming....
Well, it might be a little too overstated, today again.
