Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
two hundred and eighty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep over 18-time push-ups for the thirty-second consecutive
day including the most recent sixteen days of 23-time push-ups.

It was very cloudy in the morning just like it was going to start raining
soon, but now it is normally sunny in Nagoya.
Unlike yesterday when the highest temperature was around 34 degrees, today,
it is forecasted to be under 30 degrees, which makes me feel a little relieved.
If weather and time permit, ....if there are no unexpected business tomorrow,
I would like to go somewhere and enjoy walking.
