Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：６ minutes and ３０ seconds

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and sixty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the seventh straight day and greater than
15-time push-ups for the one year and thirteenth consecutive day.

Acutally, it's still very very cold and there have been much more days with lowest
temperatures of "below zero" than the average year.
I've been fed up with such cold days and I'm now wondering if we are really facing
the global warming.＾＾；；；
Anyway, I have to renew my determination to survive this persostent cold.
