Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：６ minutes

Seven years and sixty-two days in a row have passed since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the one year and nineteenth
successive day including the latest three days of 23-time push-ups.

It's sunny in Nagoya today.
The lowest temperature was around minus 3 degrees again, but actually  now
I feel just a little bit warmer than usual.
I don't know the reason exactly, but I'm wondering this is because these several
days have been much colder than in the average year.
By the way, some weather ladies say this spring's opening of cherry blossoms
may be between on March 25th and 27th in Nagoya.
I have to survive at least until that time.
