Five years and 316 days in a row have passed since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 18-time push-ups for the sixth consecutive day
including the most recent two days of 20 times of them.
It's beautifully sunny again today in Nagoya and it's pretty warm for October.
I'd like to do a walking on such a day but actualy today is my workday.
However, I'll have to be careful about sudden coldness from Saturday.
Weather ladies say it'll be warmer than usual until tomorrow.
Anyway, I have to enjoy today's warm autumnal weather, first.
