Push-ups ：２５ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and three hundred and forty-nine days in a row.
I did 25-time push-ups yesterday, down three times from the previous record due
mainly to the wintry cold, but I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the
two hundred and ninety-sixth straight day.

It's sunny in the morning but actually now it's cloudy and dark with pretty
strong winds which are rather cold winds.
Weather officials say the highest temperatures in Nagoya are likely to
continue to rise for the nest several days, which makes me want to believe them.
These forecasts must and have to be right....Please.＾＾；；
Anyway, I have no choice but to pray that normal weather in November will come back soon.
