Eight years and one hundred and thirty days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by onlu one time to 25 times
and kept more than 20-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth consecutive day.

After a long rain yesterday, it is now greatly sunny in Nagoya.
I enjoyed seeing the blue sky with no clouds while riding the bike on my
way to the workplace in the morning.
The callouse people of the first floor tenant are as disgusting as always.
Some people say the callous will not change because they are so callous that
they cannot notice anything that they have to change.....Indeed.
