Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and one hundred and fourteen days
in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the third
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and ninety-eighth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel for the
second day in succession that it is pretty cold.
I have to say again that the cherry blossoms on my
way to the workplace are stunningly beautiful, and
I really want to go seeing the blossoms along the
Yamazaki-Gawa riverside, which I have not seen for
three years.....but, but, I should know better.
I really hate the pandemic.
