Eleven years and one hundred and seventy-three days
in a row have passed since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and fifty-seventh successive
day including the most recent six days of 24-time
push-ups.

Although weather ladies said that it would be cloudy
in Nagoya around this time today, actually it is
raining and, completely unlike yesterday's scorching
heat, I even feel a little cold.
I wore a casual wear for summer for the first time this
year yesterday, but today, it was wise to choose one
for winter.
