It has been eleven years and one hundred and forty-seven
days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the seventh
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the two years
and one hundred and thirty-first consecutive day.

Today again, it is perfectly beautifully sunny in Nagoya.
There have been almost no clouds in the blue skies since
early this morning and it is surely crisp.
It is not too cool or not too hot.
Fortunately or unfortunately, I have to work today.
Unfortunately, I have had a very slight low back pain,
so I decreased the number of push-ups....just in case.
