Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１８ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１６ minutes


I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years and
one hundred and forty-eight days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by as many as 8 times
to 18 times due mainly to a slight low back pain, and kept
at least 10-time push-ups for the two years and one hundred
and thirty-second successive day.

Today again, it is sunny with some clouds in the blue sky
in Nagoya with the current temperature of about 21 degrees,
which I feel is very comfortable and crisp.
I really hope that such a nice day will continue for a
long period.
Now I am planning to increase the amount of time spent on
studying English as part of preparation for a test.
If I feel prepared for the test, I would like to take one.
