I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years and
one hundred and forty-nine days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by 8 times
to 26 times again and kept greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and thirty-third straight day.

It is sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya today again.
But I am very afraid that it may be rainy on Wednesday
when I am planning to do a walking.
Worse, it may continue to rain for several days.
If so, I may have to have a do-over for the preparation
for a long-distance walking.
Anyway, I have no choice but to pray.
