Thirteen years and one hundred and eighty-one days
in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit
of smoking.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the tenth
straight day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
two hundred and eighty-fifth consecutive day.

There are some clouds in the blue sky but I can
fully enjoy the sunshine.
I felt that it was hot last night and I could not
have a sound sleep.
It is no wonder because this morning's lowest
temperature was as high as 19.5 degrees.
Even at one a.m., it was 19.8 degrees.
However, it might be better than the rainy season
chill.
