I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and
one hundred and one days in row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and eighty-fifth consecutive day including the latest
two days of 15-time push-ups.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya since this morning and it
looks like it is going to start raining pretty soon.
The cherry trees on my way to the workplace have finally
come into bloom, which makes me feel that this year's
spring has also finally come.
However, still I have a fear of the low back pain and
I am very afraid that I have got a few cankers.
I really want to have a day without any pain.
