I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
ten years and eighty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the one
year and seventy-first straight day.
Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly and
beautifully sunny in Nagoya and I was able to enjoy
seeing the Mount Ontake capped by beautiful snow from
a bridge while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
I felt that I saw it for the first time in a long time.
Anyway, it is absolutely great that spring is just
around the corner.😊
