It has been ten years and ninety days in a row since I
decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the seventh
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and seventy-fourth straight day.

It is normally sunny in Nagoya with the current temperature
of below 10 degrees, which makes me feel pretty cold.
Today again, I encountered a crazy driver on my way to
the workplace, who continued to stop his car right in
the middle of the street.
All the other cars in both directions were stranded.
I was able to manage to pass through simply because of
a bike......How callous!
