I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and eighty-
four days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups for the first
time in fifteen days by just one time to 22 times, and kept
greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and sixty-eighth
straight day.

It is now sunny in Nagoya with the current temperature of 11.3
degrees, but I feel it is pretty cold maybe because yesterday
was pretty warm for early March.
The emergency declaration imposed on Aich prefecture was lifted
yeserday but actually my daily practices against the coronavirus
pandemic are still being carried out just as usual.
I know well that there is no such a thing as I can let my guard
down.
