Push-ups：１７ times
Walking：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 197 days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by no more than one time to 17 times
and kept at least 12-times of them for the eleventh successive day.

After a heavy rain last night and early this morning, it's stopped and sunny
with peculiarly Nagoyan humidity....it's really muggy.
Weather ladies say it'll continue to be cloudy or rainy for about one week
except this Saturday and Sunday.
I think it's not so bad that thick clouds block severe sunlight but actually
I need some sunshine once in a while even during the rainy season.
So, maybe I have to enjoy this weekend's sunny days.
