Five years and 180 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I have come to think of resuming push-ups in the very near future, but actually
there is still a very little pain from the gout in my great toe.

Actually, I didn't take a painkiller yesterday but today I feel a little more
painful there than yesterday.
I'm afraid the gout is getting worse.....
But I really don't want to take a painkiller if possible.
Because I know it's dangerous to rely on medicines too much.
