I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 193 days in a row.
I was able to keep 15-time push-ups for the fourth straight day and more than
12-time push-ups for the seventh consecutive day.

Very fortunately, it was not raining while I was riding the bike on my way to
the workplace, and now it's started raining again in Nagoya.
Weather ladies say it will be rainy in the evening and will be cloudy at around
nine, but I think it'll be rainy all day long today.
Anyway, one of the good things of the rainy season is that clouds are blocking
scorching sunlght, which sometimes causes deadly heat attack.
So, I hope it will be slightly overcast on Friday when I'm planning to go outside.
