I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 192 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the sixth successive day
including the latest three days of 15 times of them.

I went to Gamagohri yesterday to enjoy seeing many rare fish at Takeshima Aquarium
and I also had fun seeing a sealion show for about twenty minutes.
And I crossed the bridge between the mainland and Takeshima.
I tried walking around the islet along its alameda or a nature path.
After walking the course, I noticed I just walked in the reverse direction
and I must have annoyed other walkers.
The view of the sea close at hand is really great.
