It has been five years and 141 days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 18-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive day and
over 13-time push-ups for the 26th successive day.
It's been raining since yesterday afternoon and it's a little cold rain.
I'm really afraid I cannot do a walking on such a rainy day
since I cannot prepare for a long-distance walking I'm planning to do
in the very near future....
But carping about the weather does no good because I cannot do anything about it.
Anyway, I have no choice but to wait.
