It has been five years and 124 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 13-time push-ups for the ninth successive day
including the most recent two days of 17 times of them.

It's very windy in Nagoya today but I felt it easy to come to my workplace
by bike because of a tail wind.
On the other hand, I'm afraid it will be hard to go back to my house
due mainly to a headwind.
The noise caused by the wind is not comfortable for me today.
Well, I've got a pile or hemorrhoid this morning.
I think carbonated drinks may cause one....I'll check this online.
