I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 122 days in a row.
I was able to keep over 13-time push-ups for the seventh straight day including
the latest five days of 16 times of them.

Yesterday was my day off and went to a town in Gifu Prefecture.
I enjoyed some wild cherry blossoms and doing a 70-minute walking.
But very unfortunately, on the way of the walking, I felt a little
disgusted by somewhat bad smell which I guess comes from a factory,
so, I'm not going to write the name of the town here.
Anyway, the best season of walking has come and I hope to do
another walking somewhere I don't usually go in the near future.
