I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 125 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 17-time push-ups for the third straight day and
over 13-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive day.

After the very strong wind yesterday, it's returned to normal, which means
it's calm and beautifully sunny in Nagoya.
But this morning must have been too cold for me because I've had
a sore throat and I feel I have a temperature.
I took a dose of cold medicine.
I really hope I will completely recover as soon as possible.
