Daily Routine

Push-ups:３０
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I tried increasing the number of push-ups by as many as three times from the previous
record to 30 times, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the thirteenth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and eighteen days in a row.
Weather reports say the coldest air mass of minus 45 degrees will move over Japan, so
we will see the coldest morning in the very near future.
Anyway, weather forecaster Ms Mamiko Okamura who appears on NHK TV news program at 7 p.m.
is actually sweet and I like her voice as well as her fashion.
Maybe she will get more popular......maybe.
