Daily Routine

Push-ups:２８
Walking: ５０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I decreased the number of push-ups by two times to 28 times, but I kept over-25-time
push-ups for the third sraight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and one day in a row.
Several years have passed since I began writing my English dairy here, and I've noticed
that while I've been trying to write passable English, I'm thinking nothing of making
mistakes in my English
I'm sure this sense will be helpful when I try to speak English.
And I'm also sure that continuation is strength.
