Daily Routine

Push-ups: ３２
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I could only do 32-time push-ups yesterday, down 4 times from the previous record maybe due to
a little fatigue in my arms, and kept over-30-time push-ups for the fifth straight day.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 232 days in a row.
Anyway as you know, continuation is strength.
After these scorching days, today, I feel it's a very little milder than yesterday...maybe due
to a little cloudy weather.
Honestly, I want some rain......as soon as possible.
