Walking: ４５ minutes
Standing with one leg　：８ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time yesterday to 28 times, and kept
over-25-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 212 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny today again, but according to weather reports, these sunny days are nothing
but a rest in the rainy season.
On my way to the work place....I felt strangely very quiet today....
I'm wondering if this is a kind of an omen of bad luck.
