I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 34 times, and kept over-30-time
push-ups for the second straiht day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 229 days in a row.
Actually it's too hot...and too humid....and honestly I am afraid of this scorching heat.
More than ten people are reportedly said to have died from heat stroke this summer.
I'll really have to be careful about dehydration both during the day and during the night.
Anyway the electric fan I bought last month at a cost of only 1980 yen is really useful and helpful
to tide over this summer heat, I think.
