Daily Routine

Push-ups: ０
Walking: ４１ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I didn't do push-ups intentionally yesterday because I felt I needed a little break once in a while,
and I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 227 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny and very hot in Nagoya...but actully milder than last Thursday when the highest
temperature was abour 36 degrees.
I'm wondering if I've got used to the summer heat after experiencing this year's highest temperature.
Anyway I cannot be too careful about heat stroke and dehydration.
