I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one more time to 34 times, and kept over-30
time push-ups for the seventh straight day.
And honestly I felt 34-time push-ups must be a limit at this time.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 226 days in a row.
It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya, and it must be lucky to be cloudy because the most
scorching days usually continue around this time every year.
