I didn't do push-ups last night simply because I felt a little fatigue in my arms and chest, and
I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 214 days in a row.
It's pretty cloudy and quite humid....I can feel that rain is steadily coming nearer and nearer
just as if a typhoon were coming.
Weather reports say it'll be rainy or cloudy for the next several days...after a two-day scorching
weather in Nagoya, I feel it must be lucky because clouds will block severe shunshine.
