Since I felt a little fatigue in my arms and shoulders, I decreased the number of push-ups
by 5 times from the previous record to 20 times.
I kept over-20-time push-ups for the fourteenth straight day and no-smoking for one year
and 84 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny again in Nagoya today and I felt a little hot, wearing a winter jacket
while riding my bike on my way to the work place.
I'll have to start planning to enjoy this year's cherry blossoms.
