I tried increasing the number of push-ups by two times to 22 times and kept over-20-time
push-ups for the twelfth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 82 days in a row.
Actually I'm really afraid that I've gained weight around my stomach.
My waist length is now 79cm, up 3cm from two years before.
Maybe....I've eaten too much.
