  〔被膜の密着性評価〕

[0135] The adhesion of each film formed on a skin model by electrostatic spraying in Examples 1 to 8 was evaluated by rubbing test.
実施例１～８の被膜について、静電スプレーにより皮膚モデル上に形成した被膜の擦過試験により密着性を評価した。

Specifically, while a load of about 50 gf was applied with a finger to a film from the upper surface of the film, the film was rubbed five times over a distance of 2 cm in one direction.
被膜を上面から指で約５０ｇｆの荷重をかけながら、２ｃｍの距離を一方向に５回擦過した。

The adhesion was evaluated in terms of the adhesion state of the film to the application site and the adherence to the finger according to the following criteria.
その後の被膜の適用部位への密着状態と指への付着性から、以下の基準で密着性を評価した。

• A: No peeling or breakage of the film or no adherence to the finger is observed.
  Ａ：被膜の剥離、破れ、指への付着が全くない。
• B: Breakage of the film surface is observed, but no adherence to the finger is observed.
  Ｂ：被膜表面の破れはあるが、指への付着はない。
• C: Breakage of the film surface is observed, and adherence to the finger is also observed.
  Ｃ：被膜表面の破れがあり、指への付着もある。
• D: The film is broken and completely peels off.
  Ｄ：被膜が破れ、完全に剥離する。

The distance (mm) by which the PSA layer was elongated was measured.
その際に生じた粘着層が伸びた量（ｍｍ）を測定した。

A smaller distance indicates better adhesion.
この値は、小さいほど密着性が良好であることを示す。

It is noted that the tape sample was evaluated for adhesion and elongation at two levels where the primer composition was cured for 1 minute and 5 minutes.
なお、密着性、伸びについては、プライマーの硬化時間を１分としたものと、５分としたものの２水準で評価した。
