黒豆の赤飯
黒豆で赤く炊く方法をご披露します。
①黒豆1カッを水1500mℓ・重曹1gで1夜ふやかし、鍋(アルミはだめ)に入れ10分煮て、直ちにザルで濾す、茹で汁全量はご飯を炊く水に使う。
②炊飯器に洗った米(3合・もち米1合)・①の煮汁を合わせ、水量は5合になるようにする。塩・昆布茶少々を入れ混ぜて、上に煮た豆を置き炊く。
③炊きあがりが濃い赤に出来上がり。
*米はミルキークインで焚くのも、もちもち感で美味しい。
*豆を炊くのはアルミ鍋は使わない、重曹のアルカリでAℓが溶けて人体(脳に溜まり)に入りアルツハイマーになる。
