Thirteen years and sixteen days in a row have passed
since I was able to rid myself of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the sixth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the one
hundred and twentieth straight day.

It is fairly sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya
and there are several clouds in the blue sky.
The temperature at 9 a.m. was 4.6 degrees, up 2.2
degrees from the same time yesterday.
I am so surprised that a difference of 2 degrees in
temperature can make me feel this warm although it is
still cold for sure.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and fourteen days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
one hundred and eighteenth consecutive day including
the latest four days of 21-time push-ups.

It is completely beautifully sunny in Nagoya and it
saw the coldest morning in this winter season with
the lowest temperature of minus 0.9 degrees.
Today is Touji or winter solstice in English, which
means that the day has the shortest period of daylight
in the year.
Actually I like Touji, because the period of daylight
is steadily and surely getting longer and longer day
by day, and it never gets shorter for the next six
months, which always makes me feel relieved.

one time from the previous record of 20 to 21 times.
I was also able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the one hundred and fifteenth straight day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
completely no clouds in the blue skies, but it is
actually very cold with the lowest temperature of 3.9
degrees, even so, up 1.6 degrees from yesterday's
lowest temperature.
I have decided to try a long-distance walking in the
near future, maybe late January or early February next year.
So, I have to do walking as often as possible as part
of preparation for the planned winter walking.
